Executive Leadership & Founder Profile
Ana Vasquez, M.Ed.
Founder & Principal Consultant
Ana Vasquez is a business strategist, relationship manager, and project director. She holds a Master’s degree in Education (M.Ed.) from Mount Mary University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Alverno College. Ana brings 26 years of diverse professional work experience to her businesses. As a single mother who has independently raised three children—now ages 12, 13, and 15—over the past eleven years, Ana has built her career on a foundation of hard work, accountability, and a deep dedication to helping others.
A Lifelong Story of Action
Ana’s life and business philosophy are defined by the power of taking immediate action. Born in Guatemala, her story began when the First Lady of Guatemala took direct action to rescue her birth mother from extreme vulnerability on the streets, placing her in a clinic so Ana could be safely born.
Right before leaving the country after being adopted by a single mother and raised in Wisconsin, a major moment defined her future path: she sat on the lap of Rigoberta Menchú Tum, who later won the 1992 Nobel Peace Prize for her historic work in global human rights. Ana still has the photo of this moment. This early contact with a global symbol of peace left a permanent mark on her. She operates with the belief that a single moment of decisive action can completely change a life, a community, or a business. She makes herself available as a consultant because you never know when someone might truly need you.
Resilience and High Precision
Ana’s ability to work under intense pressure was shaped by deep personal challenges and elite training. At age 15, after being kidnapped on New Year’s Eve in Milwaukee, she engineered her own escape through pure resilience and clear thinking. This strength ensures she can navigate complex business risks and high-stakes infrastructure projects without giving up.
This focus is paired with a deep background in teamwork and precision. She started playing the violin at age three and committed 15 years to musical training. This path included performing professionally with the Milwaukee Youth Symphony Orchestra (MYSO) for two and a half years. Working in these high-level orchestras taught her how to manage complex projects, spot patterns quickly, and keep multiple partners working in total harmony under tight deadlines.
Educational and Corporate Expertise
To build her skills in human development and public systems, Ana served as a Special Education Teacher in the Milwaukee Public School (MPS) system. There, she mastered curriculum design, behavioral tracking, and strict government rules. She later took these skills into corporate sales, spent over five years in high-level Public Relations (PR) management, and eventually became a Strategic Relations Consultant.
Today, Ana leads a business ecosystem that includes certified Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (M/WBE) and 501(c)(3) nonprofit initiatives. She acts as a trusted manager of strategic partnerships, connecting private money, public grants, and advanced technology companies. Her businesses deliver clean, audit-ready environmental, educational, and mental health infrastructure across the United States. She rejects excuses, focuses entirely on execution, and builds strong partnerships designed to make a real difference in the world.
