Scope of Services
Elevation 2.0 operates exclusively as a certified M/WBE water supplier, procurement coordinator, and account manager. We are not a public utility, a licensed civil engineering firm, or an equipment manufacturer. Our services are limited to coordinating clean-water supply and fulfillment for corporate and commercial clients through vetted commercial partners.
Structural Transparency
In alignment with corporate procurement standards, Elevation 2.0 operates through a vetted commercial partner network. We maintain independent commercial supply and referral agreements across our network of U.S. water technology manufacturers and fulfillment partners. Physical manufacturing, installation, bottling, and delivery are executed by those partners under commercial agreements.
Legal Execution
Elevation 2.0 is an independent operating brand governed and processed under Desert Sun Investments LLC, a Florida limited liability company. All commercial contracts, agreements, financial transactions, and banking operations are legally processed and executed through the corporate framework of Desert Sun Investments LLC.
