Certifications

The credentials the physical economy runs on

Six core tracks, each built around the exams and qualifications that decide what you can work on and what you can charge. Pick a lane or stack them.

Electrical Trades

The license that decides what you're allowed to touch

Support through the full electrical ladder — hours documentation, code-cycle study, and exam prep — plus the specialty credentials that put you on the highest-paying scopes of work.

A journeyman card moves you off helper wages. A master license lets you pull permits, run work, and bid it yourself.

Request Information
  • What we deliver
  • /Journeyman and Master pathways support
  • /Solar / PV (NABCEP-aligned)
  • /EV charging infrastructure (EVITP-aligned)
  • /Low-voltage, fiber, and fire alarm specialties
  • /NEC code-cycle updates and NFPA 70E arc flash safety

HVAC & Refrigeration

Legally required, permanently in demand

Refrigerant handling, diagnostics, and performance credentials for techs working residential change-outs, commercial rooftops, and refrigeration systems that cannot go down.

EPA 608 is the legal minimum to handle refrigerant. NATE is what separates a service tech from a parts changer — and it shows up in the hourly rate.

Request Information
  • What we deliver
  • /EPA Section 608 (Types I, II, III, and Universal)
  • /NATE certification (Installation and Service)
  • /Heat pump, inverter, and mini-split systems
  • /Commercial refrigeration and rooftop service
  • /Building controls and advanced diagnostics

Plumbing

Licensed work that never leaves the schedule

Licensing pathway support for plumbers and pipefitters, plus the specialty certifications that open hospital, lab, and institutional work most crews aren't qualified to bid.

Medical gas and backflow credentials qualify you for healthcare and municipal contracts — smaller candidate pools, higher billable rates.

Request Information
  • What we deliver
  • /Journeyman and Master support pathways
  • /Medical gas installer and brazer certification
  • /Backflow prevention assembly certification
  • /Process, hydronic, and gas piping
  • /Code updates and inspection readiness

Welding & Fabrication

Certified welds, verified on paper

Performance qualification and procedure testing for structural and pipe welders, backed by real hood time and the documentation a shop or inspector will actually accept.

A current AWS qualification gets you through the gate on jobs that will not hire an untested welder. Pipe tickets are where the travel pay and premium rates live.

Request Information
  • What we deliver
  • /AWS Certified Welder qualification
  • /AWS D1.1 structural steel
  • /Pipe welding specialties (ASME Section IX, 6G positions)
  • /MIG, TIG, and stick performance tests
  • /Weld inspection fundamentals

Solar, EV & Renewable Energy

The build-out that keeps getting bigger

Credential pathways for the fastest-growing corner of the trades — rooftop and utility-scale PV, battery storage, and the EV charging infrastructure going in everywhere.

NABCEP and EVITP credentials are written into contract requirements and incentive programs — many jobs simply can't be staffed without them.

Request Information
  • What we deliver
  • /NABCEP pathways (PV Associate through PV Installation Professional)
  • /Energy storage and battery systems
  • /EV charging infrastructure (EVITP-aligned)
  • /Interconnection, commissioning, and troubleshooting
  • /Site safety and rooftop qualification

Industrial Maintenance

Keep the plant floor moving

Multi-craft credentials for the technicians plants, warehouses, and data centers depend on — controls, mechanical systems, and reliability practice in one track.

Certified maintenance techs are the hardest role plants keep open. Documented skills move you into lead, reliability, and salaried roles.

Request Information
  • What we deliver
  • /Maintenance technician credentials (multi-craft)
  • /PLC, motor control, and industrial electrical
  • /Hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical drives
  • /Predictive maintenance and reliability
  • /OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 safety

The work isn't going anywhere. Neither is the demand for certified people.

These are the skills the physical economy still needs. Whether you're advancing your own career or staffing a job site, ask us about available certifications and pathways.
