What we collect

When you pay for a seat or a teaching session, payment is processed by Square. We do not receive or store your full card number. Like most websites, the site and its service providers may receive standard technical information, such as browser type and pages visited.

How we use it

We use your information to hold your seat, run the session you signed up for, follow up with you about that session, respond to your questions, and, if you ask us to, tell you about future sessions. We do not sell your information. We do not share it for anyone else marketing.

Who processes it for us

Form submissions are delivered through FormSubmit to our business email. Payments are processed by Square. If you join our mailing list for future sessions, your name and email are stored with the email provider named on the signup form. Each provider handles your information under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Registration and inquiry information is kept while it is useful for running sessions and following up, and is deleted on request. Payment records are kept as required for business and tax records.

Your choices

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing ana@anaconnectsyou.com. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
