This site presents teaching services offered by Ana Vasquez, M.Ed., through Elevation 2.0 is a program of Ana Connects You, operated by Desert Sun Investments LLC d/b/a Ana Connects You: in person course sessions, private teaching, and company training.

Information only

The content on this site, including the 108 Things You Can Do With Muse list, is education. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice, and it does not guarantee any business result, saving, or outcome. Statistics quoted on this site are attributed to their published sources.

Registration and payment

Course seats are paid in advance through Square at the price shown at checkout. Private teaching is booked directly with Ana Vasquez at the rates published on this site, with a 2 hour minimum, and is confirmed only when Ana confirms it. Company training is provided under a written scope and a fixed fee quoted in writing before work begins.

Digital books

Digital books sold through this site are delivered by download after checkout. A completed download is final except where the file does not download or is defective, in which case we replace it or refund it.

Conduct and materials

Teaching materials provided in a session are for your own business use. Do not resell, publish, or redistribute them without written permission.

Third party services

This site links to services we do not run, including Muse at muse.ai and Square. Your use of those services is under their own terms. The Muse invite code shown on this site is an offer of the Muse service; see the disclosure beside the code.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Florida law, Desert Sun Investments LLC d/b/a Ana Connects You is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or its teaching content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
