Refund Policy

Effective October 31, 2026.

Course seats ($49, paid in advance through Square)

Cancel 48 hours or more before the session start and we refund the full seat price to the original payment method, or move your seat to the next session, your choice. Cancel inside 48 hours and we move your seat to the next session once, at no charge; the seat price is not refunded. If we cancel a session, every seat is refunded in full or moved, your choice.

Private teaching (booked at the published hourly rates, 2 hour minimum)

Reschedule once at no charge with 48 hours or more notice. Sessions cancelled inside 48 hours are charged for the first hour at the booked rate, and the balance is refunded or credited, your choice. If Ana Vasquez cancels, the full amount is refunded or rescheduled, your choice.

Company training

Governed by the written scope for that engagement, which states its own cancellation terms and controls if it differs from this page.

Digital products, including books sold through this site

If a file does not download or is defective, we replace it or refund it. Completed downloads of digital books are otherwise final, except where a platform you bought through (for example Amazon Kindle) applies its own policy, which controls that purchase.

How to ask

Email ana@anaconnectsyou.com with your name, what you bought, and the date. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Square or the selling platform.
